LOCATION - Lat 38°55'12", long 119°58'17" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.03, T.12 N., R.18 E., El Dorado County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 16050101, on left bank, 5 ft upstream from Martin Avenue Bridge, 500 ft upstream from Heavenly Valley Creek, and 1.8 mi east of Tahoe Valley.

DRAINAGE AREA - 36.7 mi².

Water temperature records represent water temperature at probe within 0.5°C. Interruptions in record due to vandalism of sensor. Water temperature data for Sep. 1997 were not published but are available from the U.S. Geological Survey, Carson City, NV.
