LOCATION - Lat 39°21'16", long 119°51'27" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.09, T.17 N., R.19 E., Washoe County, NV, Hydrologic Unit 16050102, on right bank, at Galena State Park, 0.2 mi west of State Highway 431, and 3.5 mi northwest of Washoe City.
DRAINAGE AREA - 7.69 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Gage height spikes for the periods Jan. 4-5, 2008; Jan. 31, 2008; Mar. 20-24, 2008; Jun. 3, 2008; Jun 2, 2009; Jun. 24, 2009; Dec. 19, 2009, to Feb. 10, 2010; Apr. 10, 2010; Apr. 16, 2010; Oct. 27, 2010; Nov. 25, 2010; and Nov. 29, 2010, were deleted on Aug. 30, 2024, as an erroneous result of equipment malfunction.
Gage height for the periods Dec. 17, 2017, Dec. 21, 2017, Jan. 20-21, 2018, Jan. 23, 2018, Jan. 25-26, 2018, Feb. 10-16, 2018, Feb. 18-22, 2018, Mar. 15-18, 2018, and Mar. 25-26, 2018, were deleted on Aug. 30, 2024, as the data represented erroneous data as a result of on ice on the water-stage recorder.
