LOCATION - Lat 39°04'50", long 122°32'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.04, T.14 N., R.6 W., Lake County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18020116, 8.6 mi northeast of Clearlake Oaks.
DRAINAGE AREA - 120 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 2002 to current year. December 2002 to September 2010, stage only.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1,500 ft above NGVD of 1929.
REMARKS - Reservoir is formed by earth-fill dam; storage began October 1983. Storage capacity is 300,000 acre-ft. Water is released down North Fork Cache Creek for agricultural use.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum contents, 305,000 acre-ft, Apr. 25, 2006, gage height, 1,486.03 ft; minimum contents, 12,200 acre-ft, Dec. 10, 11, 12, 2009, gage height, 1,352.05 ft.
