LOCATION - Lat 48°59'57", long 116°10'47" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.10, T.65 N., R.2 E., Boundary County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17010105, Eastport quad., Idaho Panhandle National Forests, on left bank at Eastport, 1,000 ft downstream from international boundary, and at mile 25.0.
DRAINAGE AREA - 570 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - January to December 1915, March to December 1916, August 1929 to current year in reports of Geological Survey. Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1736.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 2,620.06 ft above NGVD of 1929. January 1915 to December 1916, non recording gage at site 0.2 mi upstream at different datum.
COOPERATION - This station is one of the international gaging stations maintained by the United States under agreement with Canada.
REMARKS - No regulation or diversion above station.
  • Water Year 2014: Records good except for periods Nov. 21-29, Dec. 3-22, Dec. 27, 28, Jan. 4-11, 18-23, Jan. 30 to Mar. 8, and Aug. 31 to Sept. 30, records poor.
