13095500 BOX CANYON SPRINGS NEAR WENDELL, ID
LOCATION - Lat 42°42'27", long 114°48'37" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.27, T.8 S., R.14 E., Gooding County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17040212, Thousand Springs quad., on left bank 150 ft downstream from waterfall, 0.8 mi downstream from source, at mile 0.5, 588.8 mi upstream from mouth of Snake River, and 7.5 mi southwest of Wendell.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Discharge for the period October 23, 2014 to February 11, 2015 was revised as a result of a shift change. The shift change was a result of further analysis of discharge measurements made prior, during, and after the period in question. The discharge for measurement 422 was revised.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1950 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage datum is arbitrary.
REMARKS - No regulation or surface diversion above station. Discharge affected at times by irrigation return flow over rimrock into springs above station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum daily discharge, 483 ft³/s Oct. 9, 14, 15, 18, 19, 1965; minimum daily, 273 ft³/s June 29, 2015.
WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Chemical analyses periodically from 1998 to 2017, and on monthly basis from April 2019 to current year. Continuous monitoring of water temperature (WT), specific conductance (SC), dissolved oxygen (DO), and pH began in March 2019 to current year. 
REMARKS - The practice of assigning qualitative accuracy ratings to continuous water-quality data was discontinued in WY2017.
