COOPERATION - U.S. Geological Survey and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.
REMARKS - Upstream regulations and diversions are controlled by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for flood control and the City of Walla Walla for municipal water use.
