LOCATION - Lat 44°17'23.6", long 122°02'54.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.37, T.15 S., R.6 E., Linn County, OR, Hydrologic Unit 17090004, Willamette National Forest, on left bank, 0.8 mi upstream from Trailbridge Reservoir, 1.2 mi downstream from Bunchgrass Creek, 1.3 mi downstream from Smith Reservoir Dam, and 7 mi north of the town of Belknap Springs
DRAINAGE AREA - 21.4 mi².  
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 2017 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is NGVD of 1929 (Eugene Water & Electric Board bench mark).
REMARKS - Flow regulated since 1963 by Smith River Reservoir (station 14158795). Water is diverted from Mckenzie River in SW 1/4 sec.20, T.14 S., R.7 E., through a diversion tunnel to Smith River Reservoir. Water is diverted from Smith River Reservoir through a power tunnel to Trailbridge Reservoir, downstream from station. 
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 3,520 ft³/s Apr. 8, 2019, gage height, 2,202.44 ft; minimum discharge, 4.47 ft³/s Nov. 19, 20, 2018.
