LOCATION - Lat 46°31'55", long 121°57'25" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.17, T.12 N., R.7 E., Lewis County, WA, Hydrologic Unit 17080004, on downstream side of Cispus Road bridge in the town of Randle, and at mile 102.5.
DRAINAGE AREA - 541 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1910 to December 1911, October 1993 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 900 ft above NGVD of 1929 from topographic map. October 1910 to December 1911, nonrecording gage at same site at different datum.
REMARKS - Small diversions for domestic use and irrigation upstream from station. Minor regulation by Packwood Lake for power production. U.S. Geological Survey satellite telemeter at station. Due to bank overflow, discharges above 22.00 ft gage height cannot be determined by direct methods. 
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum gage height, 25.24 ft, Nov. 7, 2006; minimum daily discharge, 265 ft³/s, Oct. 13, 2009.
