LOCATION - Lat 18°06'00.80", long 65°28'04.40" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Vieques Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010006, 0.19 mi South of Sun Bay Public Beach entrance, 0.48 mi. west from Esperanza, 2.91 mi. northwest of Antonio Rivera Rodríguez Airport, and 2.51 mi. northeast of the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge entrance.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 48 ft. Upper casing diameter undefined; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 16 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF SHELTER BASE, 12.6 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Oct. 1, 2012 to Jan. 30, 2013; Shelter floor, 11.94 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jan. 29, 2013 to present.
