LOCATION - Lat 27°31'56.4", long 81°45'16.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.7, T.34 S., R.26 E., Hardee County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100101, 0.5 mi south of State Highway 652, and 4.0 mi east of Wauchula.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR FL-76-3: 1975. All datum elevations and field measurements above NGVD 1929 and NAVD 1988 prior to April 5, 2022 were revised on July 5, 2022 based on more accurate datum elevations.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 267 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 39 ft, bottom of last opening 267 ft. Drilled, unused irrigation, artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 99.07 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 and 98.09 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelter floor, 102.94 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May. 1, 1965 to present.
