- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.

LOCATION - Lat 28°24'06", long 81°09'36" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.18, T.24 S., R.32 E., Orange County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090101, in Cocoa Well field, 50 ft west of private road, 2.5 mi southwest of Magnolia Ranch headquarters and 1.8 mi south of Wewahootee Road. Owner: City of Cocoa.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 1,205 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 1,098 ft, bottom of last opening 1,205 ft. Drilled, observation, artesian well, cased to 1,098 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 68.2 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of threaded coupling, 71.46 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Sep. 10, 1993 to present. Prior to Feb. 2006, top of threaded coupling, 2.42 ft above land-surface datum.
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 1993 to February 1999 (monthly); March 1999 to September 2001 (bimonthly); October 2001 to May 2006 (quarterly), June 2006 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and data-collection platform--15-minute interval.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with the City of Cocoa.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 39.40 ft above NGVD of 1929, Feb. 25, 1998; lowest measured, 29.90 ft above NGVD of 1929, May 23, 2000.

INSTRUMENTATION - Tipping-bucket rain gage and data-collection platform--15-minute interval.
REMARKS - Collection, computation and publication of precipitation data do not necessarily conform to standards used by the National Weather Service. Records of precipitation prior September 30, 2006, not published but are available in files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
