WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 1,700 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.90 in; top of first opening 1,660 ft, bottom of last opening 1,700 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 151.67 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Even level with top of vault directly over casing above lsd, 0.50 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 11, 2010 to present; Black mark top of 3 inch PVC casing below lsd, 0.17 ft below land-surface datum, Mar. 11, 2010 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water year 2011 to current year.

REMARKS - Records rated good. Sudden water-level changes may be attributed to nearby anthropogenic effects such as pumping and sampling. Country Club Cluster Wells consist of six continuous record groundwater wells, located in a common ground-level vault.
