GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 580 ft. Upper casing diameter 1.94 in; top of first opening 560 ft, bottom of last opening 580 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 99.16 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of concrete vault (above LSD), 0.70 ft above land-surface datum, Feb. 7, 2008 to present; Top of 2 inch PVC casing, black mark on north side (below LSD), 0.85 ft below land-surface datum, Feb. 7, 2008 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water year 2008 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger and pressure sensor.
REMARKS - Sudden water-level changes may be attributed to nearby anthropogenic effects such as pumping and sampling. The Balboa Park Cluster Wells consist of five continuous record groundwater wells, located in a common ground-level vault.
