LOCATION - Lat 34°00'46.50", long 117°02'11.01" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, San Bernardino County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18070203, in SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.12, T.2 S., R.2 W., near the entrance to Equestrian Park, near Yucaipa.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 849.2 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 830 ft, bottom of last opening 850 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 2,559.47 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of 2 inch PVC casing, blue mark on south side (below LSD), 1.37 ft below land-surface datum, Jul. 13, 1998 to present; Top of concrete vault (above LSD), 0.5 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 13, 1998 to Aug. 2, 2019.

REMARKS - Records rated fair. The Equestrian Park Cluster Wells consist of four continuous record groundwater wells, located in a common ground-level vault.
