LOCATION - Lat 34°05'54.67", long 117°16'12.00" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, San Bernardino County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18070203, in sec. 11, T.1 S., R.4 W., in a grassy area at the San Bernardino County Medical Examiner's complex, on Lena Road, in San Bernardino.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 1,277.2 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.17 in; top of first opening 1,260 ft, bottom of last opening 1,280 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,032.59 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF STEEL CASING IN VAULT, 1.14 ft below land-surface datum, Nov. 18, 2003 to present; unknown, 1.14 ft below land-surface datum, Apr. 18, 2016 to present. Prior to October 5, 2022, Land-surface datum was 1,032.59 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.

REMARKS - Records rated good. The Lena Road Cluster Wells consist of seven continuous record groundwater wells, located in two ground-level vaults.
