- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.

Well constructed 03/03/2003, drilled by elder Drilling, Hydraulic rotary. Casing is PVC. Well is PVC screening, top of open interval 106.00 ft., bottom of open interval 126.00 ft., diameter of screen 4.5 in.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 235 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Unknown, 1.8 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 3, 2003 to Jun. 14, 2011; top edge of pvc pipe, 1.78 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 13, 2011 to present.

Prior to August 20, 2024, the datum of Well was 235.00 ft NAVD of 1988. However, was selected from a DEM with an accuracy of 4.3 ft.
