USGS Water-Year Summary 2023
363436092391001 Theodosia
Ozark Plateaus aquifer system
Jefferson City Dolomite
LOCATION - Lat 36°34'32.3", long 92°39'10.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.19, T.22 N., R.15 W., Ozark County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 11010003,
REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 702.92 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 710 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.

The period from 11/30/2000 to 08/16/2009 was modified after it was previously set to 'Approved' status. A -0.9 ft measuring point height correction was applied to this period to reference water levels to land surface instead of the measuring point which is referenced in the field.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 702.92 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 0.9 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 20, 2002 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1, 2000 to present.
GAGE - December 1, 2000 to present; DCP with telemetry capability and float and encoder installed as the water level recording and measuring devices.
COOPERATION - Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR). Record processed by MDNR and USGS.
REMARKS -

Data from 12/01/2000 to 03/25/2008 has been processed by the USGS with limited field water level measurements (9 measurements) during the period to verify the recorded water levels. This record is considered fair. Data from 03/26/2008 to 08/17/2009 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Data from August 17, 2009 to December 20, 2010 is good based on 6 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Record from 12/20/2010 to 08/20/2012 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The water level measurement on 05/19/2011 was disregarded. Working the record during the 2009 WY, it was determined that one MDNR electric tape was consistently 0.06 to 0.08 ft higher than the other. Made the assumption this is what occurred during the 05/19/2011 measurement. The record from 08/21/2012 to 09/18/2013 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/19/2013 to 12/14/2014 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 12/15/2014 to 03/22/2016 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 03/23/2016 to 09/06/2016 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/07/2016 to 02/21/2017 is fair based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 02/22/2017 to 08/29/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 08/30/2017 to 02/13/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 02/14/2018 to 05/01/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 05/02/2018 to 09/19/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 09/20/2018 to 04/30/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The period of record from 05/01/2019 to 01/15/2020 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

All later correction notes and remarks can be found in RMS as of 01/16/2020.
