LOCATION - Lat 36°46'08.02", long 76°53'46.14" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Southampton County, VA, Hydrologic Unit 03010202, 625 ft northwest of intersection of Line Pine Rd. and State Highway 619, 2.6 mi southwest of Walters.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth undefined. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 442.8 ft, bottom of last opening 459.5 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 32 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF SHELF, 1.75 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 31, 2009 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 2009 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger and pressure transducer, 15-minute record interval.
COOPERATION - Records provided by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality - Water Division.
REMARKS - Well is located in Brightseat-Upper Potomac aquifer of Cretaceous-Paleocene age.
