LOCATION - Lat 36°51'55.20", long 76°02'01.68" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Virginia Beach City, VA, Hydrologic Unit 02080108, at Fire Station No. 8 at intersection of Bayne Drive and Old Donation Parkway in Virginia Beach. Owner: City of Virginia Beach.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 140 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 130 ft, bottom of last opening 140 ft. Drilled water well, screened 130 to 140 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 15.92 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF PVC CASING, 1.30 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 26, 2004 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2004 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger and pressure transducer, 15-minute record interval. June 18, 2008 to Oct. 10, 2009, occasional measurement with chalked tape by USGS personnel. REMARKS - Well is located in Yorktown-Eastover aquifer of Miocene-Pliocene age.
