  • Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
  • For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
  • For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
  • For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
  • Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 36°56'02.5", long 92°39'51.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.23, T.26 N., R.16 W., Douglas County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 11010003,
REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 1,311.79 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 1,305 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,311.79 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 2.5 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 30, 2010 to present.
GAGE - From June 30, 2010 to present, the water level recording device is a DCP with telemetry capability setting in a metal box on top of casing. From June 30, 2010 to present, the water level measuring device is a float driven encoder.
COOPERATION - From June 30, 2010 to present, the water level data is furnished by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR). From June 30, 2010 to present, the water level data is processed by the USGS and MDNR.
REMARKS -

Data from 06/30/2010 to 07/19/2011 is poor based on 7 water level measurements made during the period and the corrections that were necessary to correct the hydrograph. It is difficult to make an accurate water level measurement in this well because water cascades down the sides causing the electric tape to sound continuously. During site visits made during this period, gage resets of 8.42 and -9.35 feet occurred with site visits in between that indicated the gage and water level measurement were in agreement. The accuracy of the data for this period is +/- 9 ft. Data from 07/19/2011 to 10/11/2011 is good based on two water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Data from 10/11/2011 to 06/20/2012 is good based on two water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.Gage reset on 06/20/2012. 2 water level measurements made by USGS personnel averaged 1.44 ft. higher than encoder reading. Due to cascading water in well bore it is difficult to get a good reading on electric tape. Either gage was reset wrong on 06/20/2012 or the 2 water levels are wrong. Waiting for next visit by DNR personnel to work record. Data from 06/20/2012 to 12/14/2014 is fair based on 8 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 1.00 ft. Due to cascading water in well it is difficult to get a good reading on electric tape. Data from 12/15/2014 to 06/09/2016 is fair based on 8 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 1.00 ft. Due to cascading water in well it is difficult to get a good reading on electric tape. Data from 06/09/2016 to 02/21/2017 is fair based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 1.00 ft. Due to cascading water in well it is difficult to get a good reading on electric tape. Data from 02/22/2017 to 10/11/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Due to cascading water in well it is difficult to get a good reading on electric tape. Data from 10/12/2017 to 02/13/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.40 ft. Due to cascading water in well it is difficult to get a good reading on electric tape. Data from 02/14/2018 to 05/01/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Due to cascading water in well, it is difficult to get a good reading on electric tape. Data from 05/02/2018 to 12/26/2018 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. Data from 12/27/2018 to 06/04/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft. Data from 06/05/2019 to 11/13/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

All further remarks can be found in RMS as of 11/14/2019.

PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - From June 30, 2010 to present. Periods of missing data: 07/02/2010 to 07/03/2010.
