  • Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
  • For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
  • For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
  • For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
  • Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

USGS Water-Year Summary 2023
371801093260401 Willard
Ozark Plateaus aquifer system
Canadian Series
LOCATION - Lat 37°18'01.4", long 93°26'03.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.26, T.30 N., R.23 W., Greene County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 10290106,
REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 1,219.74 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 1,223 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.

On August 23, 2010 the record from October 17, 2007 to January 12, 2010 was set back from 'Approved' to 'In Review' by M Kleeschulte so a -1.3 ft measuring point height correction could be applied to the entire period of record. This was done to reference the water levels to land surface instead of the measuring point which is the reference in the field.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,219.74 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 1.3 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 17, 2007 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 17, 2007 to present. Gage was installed on October 16, 2007.
GAGE - October 16, 2007 to present, DCP with vented, submersible pressure transducer and telementry capability. Unit values begin on October 17, 2007.
COOPERATION - Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR).
REMARKS - Data from 10/17/2007 to 01/14/2010 has been processed by the USGS with limited field water level measurements (11 measurements) during the period to verify the recorded water levels. Record from 10/17/2007 to 01/16/2008 is poor with much missing data. Record from 01/17/2008 to 01/14/2010 is good based on 8 water level measurements made during the period. Data from 01/14/2010 to 08/18/2010 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded water level data. The record is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 08/18/2010 to 06/15/2011 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded water level data is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 06/16/2011 to 07/26/2012 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded water level data is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The pressure transducer in this well has a tendency for its measurements to drift from the actual water level. This required several instrument drift corrections to correct. This also reduces accuracy. The record from 07/27/2012 to 10/15/2013 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded water level data is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The pressure transducer in this well has a tendency for its measurements to drift from the actual water level. This required several instrument drift corrections to correct. This also reduces accuracy. The record from 10/16/2013 to 12/14/2014 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 10/16/2013 to 12/14/2014 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The float tends to stick but jumps are generally less than 0.10 ft. The record from 12/15/2014 to 04/04/2016 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The float tends to stick but jumps are generally less than 0.10 ft. The record from 04/05/2016 to 10/04/2016 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 10/05/2016 to 04/04/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 04/05/2017 to 03/28/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 03/29/2018 to 10/09/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 10/10/2018 to 01/09/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.20 ft. The record from 01/10/2019 to 09/09/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft.
