REMARKS -

Data from June 26, 2008 to September 15, 2009 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during this period to verify recorded water levels. The record is believed to be accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Record from 09/15/2009 to 05/11/2010 is good based on 3 measurements made during the period to verify the recorded water levels and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Record from 05/12/2010 to 03/16/2011 is fair based on 2 measurements made during the period to verify the recorded water levels and is accurate to +/- 0.2 ft. On 03/16/2011, oil and water were bailed out of the well. After bailing stopped, the water level in the well was about 0.16 ft higher than before the bailing started indicating the float was floating lower in the oil than it would have in water. A prorated correction was applied from the previous site visit with a water level measurement (05/12/2010) to when the gage was reset after the oil extraction on 03/16/2011. The data prior to 05/12/2010 may be about 0.16 ft too high because the oil was also in the well at this time. The data from 03/16/2011 to 08/25/2011 is good based on two water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 08/25/2011 to 09/11/2012 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/12/2012 to 09/17/2013 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Site visit on 03/25/2013 the water level measurement does not match the encoder reading. On the following day (03/26/2013) it does. I think the wrong date is recorded for this measurement. The record from 09/18/2013 to 01/28/2015 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 01/29/2015 to 09/26/2016 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/27/2016 to 04/25/2018 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.20 ft. The record from 04/26/2018 to 09/04/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/05/2018 to 04/22/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 04/23/2019 to 01/13/2020 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

All later correction notes and remarks can be found in RMS as of 01/14/2020.
