LOCATION - Lat 38°24'08.1", long 76°26'04.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Calvert County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060004, at Calvert Cliffs State Park.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 698 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 641 ft, bottom of last opening 651 ft. Drilled, observation, artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 129.4 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF CASING, 1.9 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 20, 1978 to Apr. 1, 1982; TOP OF FLANGE, 1.93 ft above land-surface datum, May. 3, 1982 to Feb. 2, 1984; TOP OF CASING, 2.18 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 7, 1984 to Feb. 8, 1990; Top of casing, 1.92 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 7, 1990 to Oct. 29, 2003; Top of recorder shelter platform, 3.1 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 19, 2003 to present.
