REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 871.77 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 872 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 871.77 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 1.5 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 2, 2001 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 22, 2000 to present.
GAGE - August 22, 2000 to present, the water level recording device is a DCP with telemetry capability. The water level measuring device is a float and encoder.
REMARKS -

Data from August 22, 2000 to December 09, 2009 is rated good based on 33 water level measurements made during this period to verify recorded water levels. No water level measurements were made from June 04, 2004 to August 30, 2006. The record from 12/09/2009 to 09/27/2010 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/27/2010 to 09/19/2011 is good based on 6 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 09/20/2011 to 08/13/2012 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 08/14/2012 to 07/08/2013 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 07/09/2013 to 07/23/2014 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 07/24/2014 to 02/24/2016 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft. The record from 02/25/2016 to 11/13/2016 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft. The record from 11/14/2016 to 12/20/2016 is fair based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.30 ft. The well has a leaky casing and minerals are precipitation on the inside of the casing causing the float to become stuck periodically. Measurements show that the difference between the water level and live reading may be due to the sticking float. The record from 12/21/2016 to 02/15/2018 is fair based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft. MoDNR personnel were unable to measure the water level due to a mineral precipitation in the well. The well has recently been repaired. The record from 02/16/2018 to 04/02/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft. The record from 02/16/2018 to 06/24/2018 is fair based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft. The fair rating is due to a gap in data when the equipment was removed and the well repaired. The record from 06/25/2018 to 08/27/2018 is fair based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft. The fair rating is due to multiple small gaps in the data when the equipment had low batteries. The record from 08/28/2018 to 03/10/2019 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.30 ft. The record from 03/11/2019 to 04/30/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.30 ft. The record from 04/30/2019 to 10/02/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft.
