REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 614.89 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 615 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 614.89 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 1.8 ft above land-surface datum, Jan. 1, 1966 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 14, 2000 to present.
GAGE - Prior to 05/11/2005, the water level measuring device was a float driven encoder. A vented, submersible pressure transducer setting in metal box on top of casing was installed on 05/11/2005. On 02/23/2012, the vented submersible pressure transducer was replaced with a float driven encoder. On 04/05/2012, the float driven encoder was replaced with a vented submersible pressure transducer. The water level recording device is a DCP with telemetry capability.
COOPERATION - Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR). Record furnished by MDNR and the USGS.
REMARKS - Data from 10/14/2000 to 09/30/2008 has been processed by the USGS with limited field water level measurements (18 measurements) during the period to verify the recorded water levels. This record is considered fair and accurate to +/- 0.5 ft. Data from 10/01/2008 to 12/09/2009 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. Data from 12/10/2009 to 07/21/2010 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.2 ft. Data from 7/22/2010 to 08/09/2011 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.4 ft. Data from 08/09/2011 to 07/23/2012 is fair based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.4 ft. Data from 07/24/2012 to 07/15/2013 is fair based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the record and is accurate to +/- 0.4 ft. The record from 07/16/2013 to 01/04/2015 is fair based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.50 ft. The record from 01/05/2015 to 07/11/2016 is fair based on 7 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.50 ft. The record from 07/12/2016 to 02/01/2017 is fair based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.50 ft. The record from 02/02/2017 to 01/22/2018 is fair based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data is accurate to +/- 0.5 ft. The record from 01/23/2018 to 09/10/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/11/2018 to 03/20/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 03/21/2019 to 10/01/2019 is fair based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.35 ft.
