REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 508.58 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 508.69 ft NGVD29 from levels (furnished). Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 80.06 ft. Upper casing diameter undefined; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Datum of gage is 508.671 ft above NGVD of 1929 and 508.583 ft above NAVD of 1988, as determined by survey. Prior to October 4, 2016, the datum of gage was 508.69 ft above NGVD of 1929, as determined via level or other survey method.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 508.58 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 2.94 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 6, 1996 to Apr. 15, 2008; Levels ran 12/08/2010; change in elev probably occurred when MDNR installed gage 04/15/2008, 5, 2.1 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 15, 2008 to present.  
GAGE - April 18, 2008 to present, telemetry DCP. April 18, 2008 to present, water level measuring device is a vented, submersible pressure transducer.
COOPERATION - --Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR). Records processed by USGS and MDNR.
REMARKS - The record from 04/18/2008 to 09/20/2011 is good based on 24 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/20/2011 to 08/25/2012 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 08/25/2012 to 09/16/2013 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/17/2013 to 01/01/2015 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 01/02/2015 to 07/05/2016 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.
