- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.

LOCATION - Lat 39°06'23", long 77°31'42" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Loudoun County, VA, Hydrologic Unit 02070008, near water towers 0.7 miles east of Rt 15 N/Leesburg Bypass, near Fort Evans Rd.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Water level data for the period March 11, 2010 to July, 8, 2019, was revised on October 9, 2020 based on the inclusion of previously deleted data.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 383.54 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF CASING, 2.0 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 13, 1977 to Jul. 21, 2006; TOP OF SHELF, 2.07 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 20, 2006 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1977 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger and pressure transducer, 15-minute record interval. Prior to July 25, 2006, occasional measurement with chalked tape by USGS personnel.
REMARKS - Well is located in slightly metamorphosed Balls Bluff Formation of Late Triassic age. Water level affected by magnitude 5.8 Mineral, VA earthquake on Aug. 23, 2011.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level recorded, 12.30 ft below land-surface datum, June 11, 2014; lowest measured, 49.06 ft below land-surface datum, Nov. 27, 1985.
