REVISIONS HISTORY - Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 917.37 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 914 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 917.37 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 1.0 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 1, 1957 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2, 2008 to present. Gage was installed on June 25, 2008.
GAGE - June 25, 2008 to present; DCP with float, encoder, and telemetry capability were installed as the water level recording and measuring devices. Unit values begin on July 2, 2008.
COOPERATION - Data furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR).
REMARKS - Data from July 2, 2008 to November 09, 2009 is good based on 7 water level measurements made during this period to verify recorded water levels. This record is believed to be accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Record from 11/09/2009 to 02/23/2010 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Record from 02/24/2010 to 10/12/2010 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Water level fluctuations appear to be spikes, however these fluctuations are real and may be caused by a nearby pumping well shutting off. Record from 10/13/2010 to 09/10/2012 is good based on 6 water level measurements made during the period to verify the data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Water level fluctuations appear to be spikes, however these fluctuations are real and may be caused by a nearby pumping well shutting off. The record from 09/11/2012 to 08/06/2013 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Water level fluctuations appear to be spikes, however these fluctuations are real and may be caused by a leaky casing during rain events.The leaky casing was repaired on 07/23/2015. The record from 08/07/2013 to 02/09/2015 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. Water level fluctuations appear to be spikes, however these fluctuations are real and may be caused by a leaky casing during rain events.The leaky casing was repaired on 07/23/2015. The record from 02/10/2015 to 07/19/2016 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 07/20/2016 to 01/31/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 02/01/2017 to 01/23/2018 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 01/24/2018 to 07/17/2018 is poor based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data. Poor rating is based on several months of missing or bad data that was deleted due to an equipment malfunction. The record from 07/18/2018 to 02/13/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 02/14/2019 to 07/09/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 07/10/2019 to 02/26/2020 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft.
