LOCATION - Lat 39°37'47.20", long 79°19'03.80" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Garrett County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 05020006, at Accident.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 20 ft. Upper casing diameter 36 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Dug, stone-lined, domestic, water-table well, depth 20.8 ft; diameter 36 in.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 2,392.37 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF 1 IN. BOARD COVER, 2.3 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 12, 1949 to present; mp at well hole in new well box, 2.55 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 31, 2016 to present.

Elevation of land surface is 2,415 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, from topographic map. Measuring point: Top of 1 in. board cover, 2.30 ft above land surface,undefined begin date to March 31, 2016. New MP at well hole in new well box, 2.55 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 31, 2016 to present.
