LOCATION - Lat 39°51'36.48", long 108°21'03.44" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.24, T.2 S., R.98 W., Rio Blanco County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14050006, 0.13 mi north of CR 26, 19.5 mi south of HWY 64, 26.1 mi southwest of Meeker, and 28.4 mi southeast of Rangely.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 249.5 ft. Upper casing diameter 10 in; top of first opening 159 ft, bottom of last opening 239 ft.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 6,398.99 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of PVC at mark, 2.61 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 17, 2014 to present; Top of PVC at mark, 2.6 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 15, 2021 to present.
