LOCATION - Lat 40°01'05.6", long 93°59'15.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.18, T.60 N., R.27 W., Daviess County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 10280101,
REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Land-surface datum was updated to 861.03 ft NAVD88 on May 22, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published as 860 ft NAVD88 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements prior to May 22, 2023, are referenced to the original datum.

The data from 06/15/2000 to 01/11/2010 was modified after it was previously set to 'Approved'. It was discovered that a measuring point height correction of 1.0 ft was needed for the period but was not previously applied.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 861.03 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 1.0 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 19, 2001 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 30, 1996 to present.
GAGE - Stevens model 7001 digital recorder or A-35 strip chart was installed April 30, 1996. From July 15, 2000 to present; the water level recording device is a DCP with float and encoder with telemetry capability.

REMARKS -

Furnished record rated fair (April 30, 1996 to June 14, 2000) because no water level measurements are available to verify daily values. Furnished record rated good (June 15, 2000 to 01/11/2010) based on 22 water level measurements that were made during this period to verify recorded water levels. Record from 01/11/2010 to 11/17/2010 is good except for the period 01/21/2010 to 03/02/2010 which is poor. This is based on 7 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data. Good record is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft; poor record is accurate to +/- 1.0 ft and was caused by gage resetting itself to zero throughout period. The record from 11/18/2010 to 09/06/2011 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/07/2011 to 07/13/2012 is good based on 5 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 07/14/2012 to 11/19/2013 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/20/2013 to 12/16/2014 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 12/17/2014 to 06/28/2016 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 06/28/2016 to 03/15/2017 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 03/16/2017 to 10/10/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The record from 10/11/2017 to 04/16/2018 is fair based on 1 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The fair rating is due to the equipment having a weak battery, causing several skips in data during this period. The record from 04/17/2018 to 10/23/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 10/24/2018 to 04/15/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 04/16/2019 to 11/18/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.15 ft.

All later correction notes and remarks can be found in RMS as of 11/19/2019.
