GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 634.67 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: unknown, 1.0 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 30, 2013 to Oct. 1, 2020; unknown, 1.2 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 1, 2020 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 30, 2013 to present.
GAGE - From July 30, 2013 to February 19, 2014, the water level measuring device was a float and encoder. The water level measuring device is setting in metal box on top of casing. From February 19, 2014 to present, the water level measuring device was a vented submersible pressure transducer. The water level measuring device is setting in metal box on top of casing and is a DCP with telemetry capability.
REMARKS -

The record from 07/30/2013 to 10/28/2013 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.10 ft. The float during this period tended to stick and free itself on a regular basis. The record from 10/28/2013 to 01/21/2015 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The float and encoder was replace with a pressure transducer works well at this site. The record from 01/22/2015 to 08/02/2016 is fair based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.20 ft. Starting in January 2016 the transducer measurements frequently jump +/- 0.50 ft. In a written communication with MODNR, the problem may be a partially clogged vent tube which has resulted in a fair rating. The record from 08/03/2016 to 04/24/2018 is fair based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.20 ft. Starting in January 2016 the transducer measurements frequently jump +/- 0.50 ft. In a written communication with MODNR, the problem may be a partially clogged vent tube which has resulted in a fair rating. The record from 04/25/2018 to 09/04/2018 is fair based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.20 ft. The pressure transducer appeared to start drifting in September and has increased in its drift. The water level previously fluctuated within a foot and this has increased to 2 to 3 ft. The pressure transducer is either failing or it may be a partially clogged vent tube as mentioned above. The pressure transducer was replaced during the 09/05/2018 site visit. The record from 09/05/2018 to 04/24/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 04/25/2019 to 09/23/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.

All later correction notes and remarks can be found in RMS as of 09/24/2019.
