- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.

LOCATION - Lat 40°49'58.7", long 73°08'48.2" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Suffolk County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030202, at southwest corner of Smithtown Boulevard and Nichols Road, Ronkonkoma.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 50 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 46 ft, bottom of last opening 50 ft. Datum of gage is NGVD of 1929.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 69.9 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of coupling, 0.68 ft below land-surface datum, 69.22 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May 20, 1982 to May 1, 2007; Top of north side of casing, 0.89 ft below land-surface datum, 69.01 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May 1, 2007 to Sep. 5, 2007; Top of north side of casing, 1.06 ft below land-surface datum, 68.84 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Sep. 5, 2007 to May 2, 2018; Top of 2 inch PVC casing 0.80 ft below land surface, 68.92 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May 1, 2018 to present.

REMARKS - Replaced well S1812.2 in May 1982 near same location. Unpublished records from April 1937 to September 1975 for wells S1812.1 to S1812.2 are available in files of the Geological Survey. Cellular water-level telemeter at station.
