LOCATION - Lat 41°37'43.6", long 89°31'01.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.13, T.19 N., R.8 E., Lee County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07090007, about 6 mi northwest of Ohio at Green River State Wildlife Management Area, Local name: 19N8E-13.1a1, Owner: University of Illinois, Illinois State Water Survey.

REVISIONS HISTORY - On Aug. 25, 2022, a levels circuit indicated that the MP had shifted from 2.61 ft. to 2.90 ft. above LSD. This shift is presumably due to frost heave and the issue was first noted during a visit on July 28. A correction of -0.29 ft. was prorated to beginning arbitrarily on Feb. 9, 2022 and came into full effect on July 28. The negative (-0.29 ft.) correction was continued from July 28 to the end of the period on Aug. 25. This correction was applied to the Water Level, depth LSD.ft dataset and affected the period of Feb. 9, 2022 through Aug. 25, 2022 as well as the Aug. 25, 2022 to Feb. 17, 2023 period.

Revisions: Land-surface datum was revised to 675.51 ft NAVD88 on Dec. 1, 2023, as determined by a GNSS Level II survey. Land-surface datum was previously published in error as 677.76 ft NGVD29 (furnished). Discrete water-level measurements referenced to NGVD29 and NAVD88 prior to Dec. 1, 2023, were revised, based on changes to the land-surface datum.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 22 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 17 ft, bottom of last opening 22 ft.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 675.51 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of PVC casing; east side, 2.61 ft above land-surface datum, May. 19, 1992 to Aug. 25, 2022; Top of PVC casing; east side, 2.9 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 25, 2022 to Apr. 12, 2023; Top of PVC casing; east side, 2.94 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 12, 2023 to present.
