LOCATION - Lat 42°11'32.20", long 88°08'59.70" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.23, T.43 N., R.9 E., Lake County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07120006, south of parking lot on North Barrington Village Administrations Building property.
REVISIONS HISTORY - A discrepancy was found between the elevation and stickup height listed in SIMS and SVMAQ in Dec. of 2019. The levels summaries were edited to account for this difference. When the difference between elevation and stickup height was found, it was also noted that there should have been a datum correction of 0.02 ft. The datum correction was not applied to approved data because it was below the combined accuracy of the water level readings and elevation. The datum correction was applied during a period of bad data on Dec. 12, 2019 to create a smooth transition in the data. The USGS set 1 correction is open until the equipment can be reset. The new stickup height has been updated in SVMAQ to 2.41 ft. instead of 2.43 ft.
