LOCATION - Lat 42°28'28", long 88°33'33" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.8, T.46 N., R.6 E., McHenry County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 07120006, 154 feet east of Reese Road, 193 feet north of house, 0.35 miles south of Hebron Road, 1.4 miles south of Illinois/Wisconsin State Line Road, 4.6 miles northeast of Harvard, between hydrologic divide of Nippersink Creek and Lawrence Creek. Owner: McHenry County.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 344.4 ft. Upper casing diameter undefined; top of first opening 339.4 ft, bottom of last opening 343.9 ft. Well-casing includes 2-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe, 6 in. diameter borehole with bentonite seal, observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,176.35 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of PVC casing; High point, marked, 3.06 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 5, 2008 to present.
