- Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 45°16'05", long 97°07'17" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.13, T.121 N., R.52 W., Grant County, SD, Hydrologic Unit 10170202, in field 4.0 mi south of Hwy 12 on 454th Ave, 4.7 mi southwest of exit 207 on I-29, and 5.7 mi southeast of Ortley.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 198.1 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 163 ft, bottom of last opening 198.1 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,916.87 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
