WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled observation well, depth 62 ft, cased with 39 ft of 6-in diameter plastic pipe. No. 25 slot screen set 39 to 44 ft below land surface datum.

INSTRUMENTATION.--Measured using a chalked steel tape or a graduated electric tape.

DATUM.--Altitude of land-surface datum is 1,910.99 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (surveyed by ND State Water Commission, accuracy 0.1 ft). Prior to October 1, 2017, land-surface datum was published as 1,909.6 ft above the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.

MEASURING POINT.--Top of casing 1.80 ft above land-surface datum.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 14.24 ft below land-surface datum, May 26, 2020; lowest water level, 27.85 ft below land-surface datum, August 29-31, 1992.
