WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 1,921 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 1,918 ft, bottom of last opening 1,921 ft. Datum of gage is NGVD of 1929.
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 8.82 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of casing, 13.68 ft above land-surface datum, 23.68 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jun. 3, 1965 to Feb. 6, 2024; Top of blue casing, 23.812 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Feb. 6, 2024 to May 7, 2024; Top of blue casing, 22.66 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988, May 7, 2024 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--January 1968 to current year. Unpublished records for September 1962 to September 1975 are available in files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
GAGE.--Water-level recorder installed October 1994 to January 2000, May 2001 to current year. Periodic manual measurements made by USGS personnel.
REMARKS.--Water level affected by tidal fluctuation. Cellular water-level telemeter at station.
