LOCATION.--Lat 42°27'01.6", long 79°00'51.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Cattaraugus County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 04120102, on a dirt road, off Hooker Hill road, 0.4 mi south of Perrysburg.
WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 350 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 77 ft, bottom of last opening 350 ft. Cased to 77 ft, open hole.
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 1,569.92 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of shelter shelf, 2.69 ft above land-surface datum, Sep. 3, 2015 to Oct. 13, 2020; Top of shelter shelf, 2.7 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 13, 2020 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 2008 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder--5 minute; periodic measurements by USGS personnel.
REMARKS.--Satellite water-level telemeter at station
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level, 21.72 ft below land-surface datum, Oct. 1, 2, 2008; lowest water level, 32.51 ft below land-surface datum, Oct. 5, 6, 2012.
