WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 79 ft. Upper casing
diameter 6 in; top of first opening 78 ft, bottom of last
opening 80 ft. Well filled in from original depth of 80 ft,
cased to 78 ft (screen, 78 ft to 80 ft).
DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 252.01 ft above North
American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of
shelter shelf, 2.89 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 6, 2012
to Jun. 16, 2022; Top of shelter shelf, 2.91 ft above
land-surface datum, Jun. 16, 2022 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1982 to August 1995, April
2003 to current year.
REVISIONS HISTORY.--Groundwater levels for the period
Mar. 25, 2019 at 9:15 to July 10, 2019 at 15:30 were
revised on Apr. 28, 2020, because an incorrect tape-down
measurement was done and subsequent incorrect correction was
applied.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder--15 minute; periodic manual
measurements by USGS personnel.
REMARKS.--Water level may be affected by nearby pumping.
Well was drilled October 1982 as a replacement for
423532073423701 (local number Re 701), which was located about
300 ft southwest and 15.8 ft lower in land-surface datum, and
had a period of record from March 1961 to May 1980. The wrong
measuring point value was used from November 1982 through the
1985 water year. A -.20 ft correction should be applied to all
published record prior to the 1985 water year. Satellite
water-level telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Highest water level
recorded, 32.86 ft below land-surface datum, June 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 9, July 11, 1984; lowest water level recorded, 41.93 ft
below land-surface datum, Jan. 23, 24, 1986.
