DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 38.5 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of casing, 0.53 ft above land-surface datum, 39.03 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Mar. 19, 1990 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--March 1990 to current year.
